Do you or a loved one have Diabetes?
Many diabetics have found themselves needing to make the hard decision of buying food for their families, or the medication they need to control their diabetes.
Saving Grace wants to help reduce some of that burden by offering assistance with getting their medicine, diabetic supplies, and in many cases food for their families.
We also offer educational workshops, and connections with any other resources you may need.
Saving Grace Health Education Foundation is a non-profit that provides help to those affected by Diabetes, as well as communities in need of living essentials.
